These terms cover Seaside Social, the publishing tool of Gerard Belenguer, trading as Seaside Studios ("Seaside Studios").

  1. Who may use it. Members of Seaside Studios, with a login the studio issued. Keep your password to yourself, and tell the studio at once if someone else may have it.
  2. What may be posted. Only material the studio made or has the right to publish, only to the studio's own accounts, and only after reading the exact version you approve.
  3. YouTube. Seaside Social uses YouTube API Services. By using Seaside Social, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Approving a YouTube post confirms that the video follows YouTube's Community Guidelines.
  4. Other platforms. A post to any other platform is also subject to that platform's terms.
  5. Privacy. How the tool handles data is in our privacy policy.
  6. Changes. The studio may change these terms or end a login at any time. When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
